Why the UAE and Saudi Arabia are worth adding now
About USD 39.5 billion was spent online across the two countries in 2025, and both markets are forecast to keep growing every year. Both charts use the same scale.

#1
Amazon.sa is the top marketplace website in Saudi Arabia, and the #4 website in the country overall (Similarweb, Aug 2026).
#2
noon.com is the second-ranked marketplace in Saudi Arabia (Similarweb, Aug 2026). Selling on both doubles the shelf.
USD 1,030

99%
internet use in both countries, with 79% of UAE online orders placed on a smartphone.
No local company
Amazon states that sellers can sell in the UAE without additional UAE trade licences and be paid in their own currency to their own bank.
Linked Amazon accounts
Existing North American and European Seller Central accounts can be linked to the UAE and Saudi stores, with listings and sales in one place.
Faster growth in KSA
Saudi e-commerce is forecast to reach USD 54.9 billion by 2031, growing about 11.9% a year.

How sellers from each market enter the UAE and Saudi Arabia
USA sellers
Already on Amazon.com? Your Seller Central account can be linked to Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa. We add Gulf VAT, Arabic listings, Noon and the other channels, and hold stock in Sharjah and Riyadh.
UK sellers
Amazon.co.uk sellers can link their account to the UAE and Saudi stores. UK companies register for UAE and Saudi VAT as non-residents; our UK team works in your time zone.
Canadian sellers
Amazon.ca brands reach the Gulf through the same linked account. We handle VAT, Noon onboarding, Arabic content and the shipping lane from Canada.
Chinese manufacturers
Factory brands sell direct to Gulf shoppers on Amazon, Noon and Carrefour with their Chinese company. Our China ambassador coordinates suppliers and shipments.
Brands from the USA, UK, Canada, India and Korea already selling through us
Proof for your clients: these brands reached Gulf shoppers with Noon Guru running VAT, accounts, content and ads.

SFDA and Dubai Municipality registration
Health, food, supplement and grocery products need a registration certificate in each country before they can be listed: SFDA in Saudi Arabia, Dubai Municipality in the UAE.
Priced by what's left to do
Registration runs in five stages. Fees depend on the product and on how many stages are already complete, so your client only pays for the remaining stages. Quoted after a document review.

Questions agencies ask us
Can my agency resell Noon Guru's services under our own brand?
Yes. In the white-label model we deliver VAT registration, marketplace setup, Arabic content, advertising and reporting under your agency's name, and your client deals only with you.
Who owns the seller accounts and VAT registrations?
Always the brand. Accounts, VAT registrations, trademarks and data are registered in the client company's name, whichever partnership model you choose.
Can a US, UK or Canadian Amazon seller use their existing account for the UAE and Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Amazon lets sellers link an existing North American or European Seller Central account to the UAE and Saudi stores, so listings and sales can be managed together. The company still needs Gulf VAT registration and Arabic content to compete.
Which channels can one product be sold on in the Gulf?
Up to ten storefronts: Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa, Noon UAE, Noon KSA, Carrefour UAE and KSA, Namshi UAE and KSA for fashion and beauty, Tradeling for B2B, and the brand's own Shopify store.
How much do your services cost for agency clients?
Partner (B2B) rates are not published, because they depend on the number of client brands, products and countries and on the partnership model. Contact us for our B2B rate card and a pilot proposal.
Can you support our clients on Amazon in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or Germany?
Yes. We support running accounts and new projects with account health and appeals, reimbursements, Brand Registry, PPC, listings, research and sourcing, adapting to each marketplace's category and compliance rules.
How do we start?
Book a partner call. We agree the model and terms, then run a pilot with one client brand in one country before scaling to more brands and channels.
